Why am I being charged $8 or $12 to take the Food Manager Exam?

• The food manager exam fee is included in the food manager exam packages.
• The earliest exam date and time will be 72 hours from the time you schedule.  
• If you need to take the exam sooner, there will be an extra $8-12 expedite fee.
• Plan and schedule early if you need to take your exam by a certain day to avoid the additional expedite fee.
