We offer the AAA Food Safety Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exam which is ANSI Accredited by the Conference for Food Protection. Currently there are 7 organizations including ServSafe that are approved. The CFPM certification is valid for five years. It is recommended to check with your local health department for any specific guidelines that may apply in your area.
