Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are made at the sole discretion of AAA Food Handler.
Most refunds or cancellations will be provided within 5-7 days of request if these conditions are met:
- Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
- The course was not started
- The final assessment was not completed
- No Certificate was downloaded or printed
- The participant did not violate the Participant Guidelines
For Diamond and Gold Package holders:
If the food manager training was completed but the food manager exam was not taken:
A partial refund less $49.95 will be provided.
For example:
If someone purchased the Gold Package: $99.95-$49.95 training only = $50.00 refund
