# Refund Policy

**Refund/Cancellation Policy**

**Refunds and cancellations may be requested if these conditions are met:**

- Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
- If training was purchased, no more than 25% of the training course has been completed
- If the exam was purchased, the examinee did not schedule or miss an exam session with the remote proctor (MonitorEdu)
- The final exam was not started
- No certificate was issued
- The participant did not violate the Participant Guidelines

**For Diamond and Gold Package holders:** 

If the Food Manager Training was completed but the exam was not taken, a partial refund will be issued, deducting $49.95 for the training.

- **Gold Package ($99.95):** $50.00 refund
- **Diamond Package ($119.95):** $70.00 refund

**No refunds will be issued for:**

- Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or certification exams
- Failure to provide/pass valid ID requirements during an exam
- Expired courses or exams

If your course has already been started, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of AAA Trainers LLC.

Approved refunds or cancellations will be processed within 5 – 7 days of request.
