Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations may be requested if these conditions are met:

  • Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • If training was purchased, no more than 25% of the training course has been completed
  • If the exam was purchased, the examinee did not schedule or miss an exam session with the remote proctor (MonitorEdu)
  • The final exam was not started
  • No certificate was issued
  • The participant did not violate the Participant Guidelines

For Diamond and Gold Package holders: 

If the Food Manager Training was completed but the exam was not taken, a partial refund will be issued, deducting $49.95 for the training.

  • Gold Package ($99.95): $50.00 refund
  • Diamond Package ($119.95): $70.00 refund

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or certification exams
  • Failure to provide/pass valid ID requirements during an exam
  • Expired courses or exams

If your course has already been started, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of AAA Trainers LLC.

Approved refunds or cancellations will be processed within 5 – 7 days of request.
