The Louisiana State Health Department requires food managers to complete an 8 hour training course in addition to passing an ANSI Accredited Food Manager Exam.
At the end of your training, you will be given an opportunity to download a pdf to submit to the Lousiana Health Department that provides the training hours completed with AAA Food Handler.
