Group Admin: Change Student Name or Email Address

This only applies to students who have not started their course.

The user license may be reassigned at no charge if the originally assigned user has not started the online course or exam.

Once the user has started the course, the course or exam cannot be re-assigned or transferred to another person.

If you are a Group Admin:

1.  Go into the Admin Dashboard

2.  Click Manage Students

3.   Click Delete Student (License will be added back if the Course has not been started)

4.  If the Student Name or Email is incorrect, click Resend Link and you will have the opportunity to correct the Student Name and/or Email.  Once the Student starts their course, names cannot be changed.
