Group Admin: Change Student Name or Email Address

This applies only to students who have not yet started their training course or who have completed only the first module.

The user license can be reassigned at no charge if the originally assigned user has not started the online course or has completed only the first module.

Once the user has progressed beyond the first module, the course or exam cannot be reassigned or transferred to another person.

 

If you are a Group Admin:

1.  Go into the Admin Dashboard

2.  Click Manage Students

3.   Click Delete Student (License will be added back if the Course has not been started)

4.  If the Student Name or Email is incorrect, click Resend Link and you will have the opportunity to correct the Student Name and/or Email.  Once the Student starts their course, names cannot be changed.
