      Examity: Schedule Exam

      To schedule your Food Manager Exam, follow these steps:

      To schedule your exam:
      1. Launch your Food Manager Course.
      2. On the upper right corner, click "Schedule Exam" button.
      Schedule Exam button not clickable:
      • Click on "Go to Dashboard" button located on the upper right.
      • On the left side menu, click on "Click Here to Access Examity".
       
      Scheduling fees:
      • Less than 24 hours: $5
      • More than 24 hours: Free
      Important reminders:
      • The earliest available exam slot will be 24 hours from the time you schedule.
      • If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled exam time.
      • Please watch the tutorial video in scheduling your exam.
      • AAA Food Handler is available to help you Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm CST and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm CST. If you schedule an exam outside of our business hours, we'll be happy to help you the next business day.
      • Examity support is availabe 24/7 and can be reached out here:
      Diamond Package customers:
      Diamond Package customers who fail the first exam are eligible for one free retest. To receive the free retest, customers must complete the entire food manager training course.
      All Other Customers:
      In the event you do not pass your exam, there will be a $69.95 retest fee. 
      Refunds and Cancellations:
      Refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of AAA Trainers Corporation. Approved refunds or cancellations will be processed within 5-7 days of request if the following conditions are met:
      • A refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
      • The course was not started
      • The final assessment was not completed
      • No Certificate was downloaded or printed
      • The participant did not violate the Participant Guidelines
