Does not meet the requirements of a Certified Food Protection Manager on my certificate? What does it mean?

It looks like you registered for the Food Manager Training Only which is a training only course.  You need to take the actual food manager exam and successfully pass to receive a Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate.
